Pre-natal Chiropractic

    1. Relieves Aches & Discomfort
Helps ease common pains that can come with pregnancy such as lower back pain, hip discomfort, and sciatica by gently realigning the spine and pelvis.

    2. Supports Pelvic Balance
Encourages pelvic alignment, which can optimise space and positioning for your growing baby.

    3. Promotes Better Posture
As your body changes and your center of gravity shifts, chiropractic care helps improve posture and reduce strain on muscles and joints.

    4. Eases Tension & Improves Mobility
Gentle adjustments may reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and make everyday movements more comfortable.

    5. Supports Nervous System Function
A well-aligned spine helps your nervous system function optimally, supporting your body’s natural ability to adapt and stay balanced throughout pregnancy.

    6. Prepares for Birth
Chiropractic care can improve alignment and balance in the pelvis to prepare for labor and delivery.

    7. Encourages Overall Wellbeing
Beyond physical comfort, many mothers report better sleep, reduced stress, and a greater sense of wellbeing during pregnancy.

Paediatric Chiropractic

  • Chiropractic care for little ones is gentle, safe, and adapted to their age and stage of development. For babies, care can help ease tension from birth, support comfortable feeding and sleeping, and encourage healthy growth.

These are some common indicators that your baby may benefit from a Chiropractic assessment:

    • Favours turning head one way

    • Doesn’t like tummy time

    • Doesn’t like the car

    • General irritibility

    • Pain behaviour (ie. feeds often, sucks constantly)

    • Head tilt

    • Feeding difficulties

    • Generalised muscle tension

    • Delayed milestones

  • As children grow, chiropractic care may assist with posture, reduce discomfort from bumps and falls, and support their overall wellbeing, helping them feel balanced and thrive.

In all children we assess for primitive reflexes. They are the automatic movements babies are born with that help them develop in the early months of life. As children grow, these reflexes should naturally integrate, making way for new motor skills, coordination, and learning. Sometimes, reflexes remain active for longer than expected, which may affect things like posture, focus, behaviour, and coordination.

Gentle chiropractic care, along with supportive exercises, can help by encouraging healthy nervous system function and spinal alignment, supporting the integration of primitive reflexes.

Women’s health

  • Chiropractic care supports women by looking at the body as a whole—addressing not only the spine and joints, but how stress, lifestyle, and daily demands affect overall wellbeing. Gentle adjustments can influence and create balance within the autonomic nervous system, improving vagal nerve tone, which plays a key role in calming the body, supporting stress resilience, and restoring balance.

We are also passionate about education around female hormones, tracking menstrual cycles and pre-conception care.

By easing tension, improving nervous system function, and considering lifestyle factors, chiropractic care can provide a holistic approach to women’s health.

If at any stage we believe support from other practitioners is necessary we will ensure you are referred to the most suited for your individual case.
